Our Policies

All clients are required to fill out a Client intake form before receiving services. Current clients may need to update forms periodically.

A valid Credit card is required for all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless you are subject to a late cancelation and no-show policy.

Any modifications to appointments require twenty-four hours notice. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 60% of the service.

If you are a "No-Call - No-Show," your card will be charged 80% of the service fee.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may lose your appointment and incur a late cancellation fee.

We don't issue refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, let us know, and we will do everything possible to make it right.
